The U Laser Marking Series is being launched to fulfill many industrial applications demanding affordable cold marking processing.
As show on the image the short wavelength works through molecular alteration of the matter instead of thermal ablation. No heat is generated on the process, so no burrs are made on the material.
With 10 Watts guaranteed output power, the UV 10 is the best choice for affordable, static or “on the fly” low speed marking of plastics , neoprenes, silicones and many others. For higher power check our 20 watts UV 20.
This equipment is also a safe choice, It is intrinsically safe and produces no flame in the material processing.
In addition the system has a maintenance module option that monitors the laser system reporting performance and alarms, as the other Laser in our product line.
